AuditCore Feature

Every Worker. Every Check. Tracked Automatically.

NDISWC, WWCC, police checks, induction, and training — tracked for every worker with automatic expiry alerts. Know your workforce is compliant before your auditor checks.

What is Worker Compliance?

AuditCore's Worker Compliance module tracks all mandatory compliance requirements for NDIS workers. This includes NDIS Worker Screening Checks (NDISWC), Working With Children Checks (WWCC), police checks, right to work verification, induction completion, and ongoing training records.

Why It Matters

Standard 2 (Governance) requires providers to demonstrate that every worker has current screening clearances and has completed required induction. Auditors spot-check worker files — and an expired check or incomplete induction is an immediate non-conformance. AuditCore makes this impossible to miss.

How AuditCore Helps

Add each worker to AuditCore and enter their check details. The system calculates expiry dates for all checks and displays a compliance dashboard showing each worker's status. Alerts are sent at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry — giving you time to renew before the check lapses.

Frequently Asked Questions

What checks do NDIS workers need?

All NDIS workers in risk-assessed roles need an NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC). Workers who work with children also need a state-specific Working With Children Check (WWCC). Some providers also require police checks. Requirements vary by role and state.

How does AuditCore handle workers in multiple states?

AuditCore tracks WWCC by state, since Working With Children Check requirements differ across Australian states and territories. Workers who work across state borders can have multiple state-specific checks recorded in their profile.

What happens when a worker's check expires?

AuditCore flags the worker as non-compliant on your dashboard and sends alerts to their manager and your compliance officer. If a worker delivers supports with an expired check, that is a serious compliance breach — AuditCore prevents this by giving you advance warning.

Can AuditCore track worker induction?

Yes. AuditCore's induction checklist tracks all required induction items: mandatory training modules, policy acknowledgements, practical assessments, and sign-off dates. You can see at a glance which workers have completed full induction.
