AuditCore Feature

Every Worker. Every Check. Tracked Automatically.

NDISWC, WWCC, police checks, induction, and training — tracked for every worker with automatic expiry alerts. Know your workforce is compliant before your auditor checks.

01WHAT IT IS

What is Worker Compliance?

AuditCore's Worker Compliance module is a complete workforce screening and training management system for NDIS providers. It tracks every mandatory compliance requirement for every worker: NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) number and expiry, Working With Children Check (WWCC) by state, police check currency, right to work verification, induction completion status, and ongoing training records including mandatory NDIS orientation module completion. Every worker has a compliance profile with a status indicator — green (compliant), amber (expiring soon), or red (expired or incomplete) — so you can see your entire workforce's compliance status on a single dashboard.

02WHY IT MATTERS

Why It Matters

Practice Standard 2 (Governance) requires providers to demonstrate that every worker delivering NDIS supports has current screening clearances, has completed required induction, and holds any qualifications required for their role. Auditors don't just check that the policy exists — they sample worker files and verify the actual check numbers, expiry dates, and induction records. One expired NDIS Worker Screening Check during audit is an immediate non-conformance. With workers moving between roles and checks expiring on different dates, manual tracking is unreliable. AuditCore automates the entire tracking and alert process — so an expired check is never a surprise.

03HOW IT WORKS

How AuditCore Helps

Add each worker to AuditCore and enter their check details — NDISWC number, WWCC number, police check date, and induction status. AuditCore calculates expiry dates for all checks and displays a workforce compliance dashboard showing each worker's status across every requirement. Alerts are sent at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry — giving managers time to initiate renewal before the check lapses. If a check expires and is not renewed, the worker is flagged as non-compliant and the responsible manager is notified. When your NDIS auditor asks for evidence, export the full workforce compliance report in three Excel tabs — exactly the format auditors are familiar with.
