What does the one-time setup fee cover?
The $450 + GST setup fee covers your account configuration, help migrating existing records, and a 1-hour onboarding session so your team is confident using the platform. It is charged once, with your first payment.
How does per-participant pricing work?
Your base plan includes 10 active participants. Beyond that, participants are billed in blocks of 5 at $40 + GST per block per month — that's $8 + GST per participant. Use the calculator above to see your exact price.
Can I change my participant count later?
Yes. You can scale your plan up or down as your participant numbers change, and your monthly billing adjusts accordingly.
Are there any hidden costs or add-ons?
No. Every one of the 12 compliance modules, unlimited staff accounts, AI features, and Australian support are included in the single plan. The only charges are your monthly plan and the one-time setup fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time, and you can export your complete data (JSON, plus Excel/Word for individual registers) before you go.
Where is my data stored?
All primary data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database hosted onshore in Sydney, Australia. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and all data is encrypted in transit.
How soon can we start after paying?
