AuditCore Feature

Behaviour Support Compliance Without the Manual Work

Manage BSPs, track restrictive practices, and automate monthly NDIS Commission reporting — all from one platform. AI analyses every plan for compliance gaps before your auditor does.

What is Behaviour Support?

AuditCore's Behaviour Support module manages the full compliance cycle for providers delivering supports to participants with behaviour support needs. This includes Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) storage and AI analysis, restrictive practice tracking, and automated Unauthorised Restrictive Practice (URP) reporting to the NDIS Commission.

Why It Matters

Behaviour support is one of the highest-risk areas of NDIS compliance. Providers using restrictive practices must report to the Commission monthly — and failure to do so triggers regulatory action. AuditCore automates this entire reporting cycle so nothing is missed.

How AuditCore Helps

Upload your participant's BSP. AuditCore AI analyses it for completeness, flags any unauthorised restrictive practices, and identifies gaps against the behaviour support practice standards. Monthly Commission reports are auto-generated from your restrictive practice data — review and submit without manual compilation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Behaviour Support Plan (BSP)?

A BSP is a plan developed by a registered behaviour support practitioner for a participant whose behaviour presents risk to themselves or others. NDIS providers must implement BSPs, report any use of restrictive practices, and ensure plans are reviewed regularly.

What restrictive practices must be reported to the Commission?

Any use of regulated restrictive practices — mechanical, chemical, physical, environmental restraint, or seclusion — must be reported to the NDIS Commission monthly. AuditCore tracks every instance and generates the monthly report automatically.

What happens if we miss a monthly Commission report?

Missing a monthly restrictive practice report is a compliance breach. The Commission can issue a compliance notice, require a corrective action plan, or in serious cases, take further regulatory action. AuditCore sends reminders and auto-generates the report to prevent this.

Can AuditCore manage interim BSPs?

Yes. AuditCore tracks both full and interim BSPs, including the 3-month review deadline for interim plans. Expiry alerts prevent you from inadvertently implementing an expired interim plan.
