What is Document Generation?

AuditCore's Document Generation module uses AI to auto-fill NDIS compliance documents directly from your stored participant and worker data. Choose a document type — support plan, incident report, handover note, shift summary, care plan, risk assessment, or custom template — and AuditCore reads the relevant participant records, extracts the required information, and populates the document in seconds. The AI doesn't just fill in names and dates — it generates narrative content for goal-linked sections, writes person-centred language for support plans, and formats content to meet the specific structure required by the document type. Download as a Word document, save to the participant's file, or export directly to Google Drive for team access.

For incident reports, AuditCore pre-fills participant details, incident classification, and Commission notification requirements — leaving only the factual description for the worker to complete.
