What is Document Upload & AI Analysis?
AuditCore's Document Upload and AI Analysis engine is where you upload every existing file for a participant — Behaviour Support Plans, shift notes, incident reports, medication charts, previous support plans, handover notes, clinical assessments, occupational therapy reports, and risk assessments. The AI reads all uploaded documents together — not one at a time — and surfaces insights across the full document set. It identifies clinical risks that may be buried in a 40-page clinical report, behaviour patterns spread across months of shift notes, medication interactions documented in separate charts, and compliance gaps against the NDIS Practice Standards.
